Further Injury Issues With Manchester City

The manager of Manchester city Pep Guardiola hoping about the 
injury of Gundogan is not as bad as feared after he hurt his knee in League cup against West bromwich Albion.

The German solider was making his first start for Manchester city after recovering from crucial ligament injury that stop him to take any step in the field for nine months.

Gundogan was challenging to the West Bromwich Albion's Claudio Yacob in the 55th minute and he immediately indicated about the injury to his team members, but he was able to walk from the field.

''I think not serious, it was just a little bit, unfortunately the action was so tough. but don't worry he will be back again.'' Guardiola told a News conference.

''Tomorrow his test report will reveal exactly what it is, the physio told me it's not a big issue.

''I suffered for Gundogan, when he was lying on the ground. you can'not imagine for eight years alone with the physio or doctors.

'' I know in that moment, it was so tough to anybody to stand on the field but he did, of course it is a football, he will back on the field hopefully. Tomorrow his report would clarify what it is.''

Gundogan looked impressively in his position that made eight changes from the team that caused of 6-0 victory against Watford in the Premier League on Saturday.

Leroy Sane had scored the 77th minute Winner to secure the place, after five minute Yacob equalized.
